Training represents a continuous effort to improve employee proficiency and therefore strengthen an organisation’s performance.
At Graham A Brown & Associates, one of our core functions lies in transferring our vast knowledge of environment, WHS and quality practice to your staff. We impart skills and understanding in these areas enabling your team to carry out your policies and procedures with competence.
What We Do
We provide training to both individuals and organisations. Our public courses have allowed many individuals to gain environmental auditing qualifications, while our customised in-house SHEQ training programs are designed to align with our clients’ organisational needs. Over the years we have developed many short courses and training modules, as well as handbooks and procedure documents, which together provide a wide spectrum of training tools.
We have trained over 4,000 personnel internationally in many aspects of SHEQ management from directors and managers to the workforce, adapting courses to different jurisdictions and cultures. Some of our offerings have been accredited by Exemplar Global and the UK-based Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA).
How We Work
Our aim is to share our expertise through interactive, hands-on learning. We want to ensure that what you learn with us is practical and can be applied effectively in your workplace. Using a range of methods including face-to-face and internet learning, our training packages have something to offer every board or staff member from workplace to executive level. Our mentoring program is a one-on-one training opportunity for systems coordinators and administrators.
Our training materials are developed in line with the Standards Australia handbook HB 249-2000, Managing and Delivering Technical Training.
Who We Work With
Our trainers are practising consultants who have worked in a wide range of industries. Subsequently, we provide practical knowledge and examples that you can apply in your workplace.
